- The items for sale are excess export stock, and therefore some items are without tags. If there is any defect on an item, we will point it out via picture.
- Items may differ slightly in color to picture due to monitor adjustment and the light when taking the picture. We do make every effort to avoid this situation, so please check carefully.
Returns & Exchanges
- We understand that it's not always easy buying the perfect garment on-line, and we accept that you may need to return items occasionally. But we cannot offer a replacement on faults caused by the wearer; ie, pulls made by catching a ring in garment.
- Exchange is acceptable if the purchased item(s) are wrong colours or wrong sizes, but customers must pay for the delivery fees.
- Please email us immediately with any problems and indicate style number and size you wish to exchange the goods for, we will reply you within 24 hours for arrangement, and also ask that you please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Replacement(s) will be sent out as soon as original products are received. If replacement is urgent, please contact us and we can arrange a new payment to send you the replacement first, and full refund when return is received.
